Introducing Camp Run-A-Mutt Point Loma, San Diego’s largest cage-free indoor/outdoor doggie daycare and overnight boarding facility! The award-winning Camp Run-A-Mutt features 11,900 square feet of indoor/outdoor fun in a fully supervised, clean and safe environment.
Watch your camper online as they run and play in the spacious grassy area or cool off in a splash pond complete with waterfall, waterslide and grotto. Overnight campers are fully supervised and sleep on luxury dogs beds in a big slumber ‘pawty.’ We also offer:

Daycare
Camp Run-A-Mutt offers the most unique cage free daycare anywhere. On 11,900 square feet of play area, we feature a park like setting on premium synthetic lawn, splash pond complete with waterfall and sun deck, ramps, bridges, dog houses, Kuranda dog beds, plenty of clean cool drinking water, lots of sun, lots of shade and even misters and a kiddie pool on hot summer days. Our "Alpha humans" ensure your pups stay will be fun and safe while letting your dog just be a dog.
Sleepovers / Boarding
Campers who qualify to be overnight guests are in for a wonderful experience. Not only do they get to play with their buddies all day, when the sun goes down, they settle in for a night of relaxation, television and community snoozing with the pack. They are never left unattended. In fact, our "alpha human" actually sleeps with them. It’s kind of like a slum-grrr party.
Obedience Training
The highly qualified and award winning Joel Beckman offers training classes on Sundays at the Camp. His years of experience at Sea World and long list of happy pups and their humans make him a very sought after trainer.

We offer full service grooming by appointment. As with everything else our grooming is cage free to our qualified campers and our groomer is experienced, friendly and top notch. The ever expanding selection in our retail area is designed for your convenience and just plain fun. From treats, clothing, toys, shampoos, leashes, collars, beds and more, you’ll find all the necessities and un-necessities to keep your pup happy, healthy and handsome.

Meet the Owner
Heather Rolinski is a life-long animal lover and rescue volunteer with over 13 years of corporate experience. She is dedicated to providing a fun and safe environment for your precious pups. Heather started as a Camp Run-A-Mutt customer with her Westie, Mac and Scottie Mix, Gladys. After seeing how her puppies were raised at camp while she worked the day away at an office, she decided to pursue her passion to work with animals. Heather has dedicated her time to helping animal rescue organizations and is currently an active volunteer for Second Chance Dog Rescue.
After a successful corporate career, Heather joined the Camp Run-A-Mutt family and opened San Diego’s first franchise location. Heather is excited to provide a work environment for employees to grow and have fun everyday. She is pursuing her dream of owning her own business, taking her dogs to work everyday, and providing a fun, safe and healthy environment for your pups to play all day.
