TV Lobby Menu

Each location will receive a 50″ television that is to display the services menu as well as promotional info on the right third panel of the screen. Step-by-step instructions will be added here soon for the setup process. It only requires a G-Mail account and installing an App (DisplayNOW) from the Google Play Store. The App is self-running and does not require anything but launching the app. Promotional content can be updated and should be kept “fresh” and informative. Anthing from sales promotions, services, events, Camper of the Week, Foster Dog info, etc.

Care Log Meals - All Dogs

The new version of the Camper Carelog pulls details from the Boarding Checklist for each dog. In the upper right hand corner there’s a print button for viewing and printing a print-formatted page (landscape) that includes dog name, breed, food, feeding instructions per meal, notes area and area to initial by the employee in charge of feeding.

Care Log Meals - Single Dog

Clicking in the “List” button in the left column will display a running list for that specific dog with an entry for each day of the dog’s stay. In the upper right corner there’s a print button for printing this list.

Care Log Meds - All Dogs

Like the meals page, the Carelog has all pertinent information related to administering medications. Also having a print-formatted version, the printed medications page has a larger area for note taking.

Care Log Meds - Single Dog

Clicking in the “List” button in the left column in the Medicatiobns page will also  display a running list for that specific dog with an entry for each day of the dog’s stay. In the upper right corner there’s a print button for printing this list.

Report Builder

The Report Builder will eventually be replacing most of the screens currently found in the Reports and Admin sections in CRAMERWARE . These will be developed and revised based on franchisee feedback. Data can be filtered, searched, printed, and exported in different formats. Where indicated, you can also edit some data and changes will be immediately effected in CRAMERWARE.

Grooming Estimating & Scheduling

The Grooming Estimating and Scheduling will allow for you to enter dog information including breed, weight, and grooming service(s) needed. Based on the selections, an estimated time will be calculated between one and three hours in half hour increments. The calculation comes from the size of the dog, the breed which is classified as long and short hair breeds. There’s a selection for mixed breeds for both long and short hair. The total calculated time can be reduced or increased manually if needed.

Revamp of Bark & Fetch

The current Bark & Fetch will soon be replaced with an updated version of Bark. Fetch will integrated into Bark as an all-in-one platform for creating & accessing content.

The new Bark will offer a better flow of commenting, email & emergency text notification features, and will be mobile-friendly.

When the new Bark is launched, it will be the platform where major updates & announcements from CRAMER will be exclusively published. This is to have important info in one central location rather than the need to dig through emails, and our goal is to make the platform as engaging & informative as possible.

Integrated Fetch Library

Within the new Fetch, files can be previewed prior to downloading, and files will still be searchable by tag name.

Within the updated Fetch, the organizational structure will be simplified & faster to access the files needed.

Re: Camper Care log. We have a few dogs that have EOD (every other day) medication or medication thats specific for a day such as flea/tick/heart-worm meds. Would this be an option to apply to that on their a single dog camper care log report or would we need to cross off on those days?

Kristine – for now I would cross out the days not needed and notate. I will be developing a screen/iPad version that will allow for on-screen editing and will plan for this on that version.

      Thanks!
